I went down to the river. I tried to run across the water. I kept falling in. My Dad went in too. He jumped in at a deep spot. He can swim. It was cold but Tyrone stayed in longer. I was cold so I went up to the house and got dressed.

Do you like swimming in the river or the school pool best?
Yesterday I saw all the Year 5 and 6 kids swimming at Kaiteriteri. They had lots of fun.
