Fun At The Beach

In the weekend I went to Rabbit Island with Leanne and Mitchell and Ash and Zane came too. When we got there they were already there. Zane and I went into the water. We went into the deep part. Whenever a wave came behind us we would jump on to our boggie board. I was scared there might be a stingray in the water. After that we had some crackers and a drink of water.

Walk To School Week

This morning was the first day of Walk To School Week. All of the Room 4 children walked to school with their parents or walked from the hall with teachers. What a great way to start the week AND no kaos at the school gates.

Puppets

On Thursday afternoon we made sock puppets. We stuck pieces of cardboard in to make mouths. Then we stuck bits and pieces on for eyes, hair, noses and ears. Thank you Julie and Rebecca for coming to help us. We are going to write about our puppets next week and make up some puppet shows.

This morning I went down the firemans pole for the very first time and if I hadn't I would miss out all of the fun on going down the firemans pole. I went down the pole slide as well for the very first time. I am very proud of myself. I will go down lots of times today.

In the weekend my tooth came out and I was brave. It was so tiny. I almost lost it. Mum helped me look for it and Dad helped me look and we found it under the cupboard. Mum gave me a tissue and I wrapped the tooth in it and I showed it to Dad. When it was my bedtime I put it under my pillow. In the morning my tooth was gone and there was five dollars there.

In the weekend we went to Tracey and Alistar and Nicola's place. He has a two wheeler. It is a 250 and it is a motorbike. Alistar did a doughnut and a wheelie and we went down the bank and we went up the bank. We did a wheelie then my Dad went on it. My Dad fell off the motorbike but he was all right then he jumped back on the motorbike. My Dad did a wheelie up the bank but he nearly fell off the motorbike. He has a motorbike track. My Dad went on the motorbike track. My Dad did a jump on the motorbike. Alistar took me on the motorbike.

In the weekend I went to the Flat Track. When I was riding my motorbike there was a bump and I didn't notice it was there. I fell off my motorbike, but jumped back on.
