Cheese Rolls
On Friday we made cheese rolls at Discovery time. They were very yummy.
Cheese Rolls
Mix in a small saucepan
1 cup water
1 cup grated cheese
1 packet of onion Maggi soup mix
Stir on a low heat until thick and boiling.
Cool
Cut opposite sides off thin slices of bread.
Spread with cooled cheese mixture and roll up.
Place close together in an oven proof dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Fan grill in a hot oven until browned then turn over and cook other side until brown.
